Christina is a Senior Lawyer at Maddens Lawyers, joining the team in late 2023.

Christina is an experienced commercial litigator, with specialist expertise in class actions litigation. She has worked on a broad range of complex class action disputes, from financial services and securities litigation to social justice and human rights litigation.

At Maddens, Christina is one of the Senior Lawyers leading the team on the Toyota Diesel Defeat Class Action.

Christina has experience in all stages of class actions, from the preliminary investigation and funding application stage, through to mediation, trial, and settlement. She is one of the few leading Australian class action lawyers with trial experience in multiple complex securities claims in the Federal and appellate jurisdictions. With an eye for detail and ability to think outside the box, Christina has an innovative approach to seeking the best outcome for her clients.

Prior to joining the team at Maddens, Christina worked for a law firm specialising in complex litigation in Sydney. She completed her studies at the University of Wollongong, graduating in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Politics and Spanish) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hon I) and was awarded the Jack Goldring Memorial Award in recognition of her academic achievements and demonstrated commitment to social justice. She also spent a year in 2014 studying at the University of Valencia in Spain where she developed her love for the Spanish language and travel.

Outside of her work at Maddens, Christina lectures in the subject of Business Law at Charles Sturt University. She is also involved in her local netball association, mountain bike association and local fishing club.
